Common questions
How do you decide LED wall size and pixel pitch?
By viewing distance and the content on screen. Pitch is chosen so the front row isn't looking at pixels and the back row can still read the screen.
Do you supply crew, or only equipment?
Both. Equipment comes with operators — vision mixing, camera and IMAG, sound and lighting are run by our crew.
What happens if something fails mid-show?
Large shows are specified with backup power and standby equipment. It is a line in the quote, not an afterthought.
Do you rehearse before doors open?
Yes. A technical rehearsal and a show-caller run-down, so cues, video and speaker transitions are tested before the audience arrives.
Can you do live camera and IMAG?
Yes. Camera, vision mixing and IMAG — relaying the stage to screen — are part of the standard offer.
Does our room need line-array sound?
It depends on room size and audience depth. Sound and lighting are designed to the room rather than pulled off a fixed package.
Can you work alongside our own AV supplier?
Yes, as long as responsibilities are drawn on the plan. We can take the stage, LED and lighting scope and integrate with a supplier you already use.
What size shows have you handled?
Recent shows range from a few hundred guests to around 1,000 — including NIMO GLOBAL GALA and awards ceremonies in Bangkok.
