Common questions
What does “integrated execution” actually cover?
One contract covers concept and key visual, venue sourcing, floor plan and production drawings, supplier integration, budget control and on-site management. You brief one team instead of coordinating a designer, a builder and an AV vendor separately.
Do you work from our brief, or develop the concept?
Both. If your concept and key visual are locked, we execute against them. If you have only an objective and a date, we develop the theme, key visual and run-down first, then build.
Who is on site on the day?
A dedicated project manager owns the event, with a trilingual crew covering stage, AV, registration and guest flow. You have one person to call, not a vendor list.
Can you handle venue sourcing in Thailand?
Yes. We source the venue, produce the floor plan and production drawings, and handle move-in and move-out scheduling with the venue's own team.
How is the budget controlled?
Suppliers are integrated under one budget and quoted line by line, so you can see what each element costs and trade items off before anything is built.
Do we get photo and video from the event?
Yes. Photo, video and live-stream capture are part of the scope, delivered so the content can be reused after the event.
Can you run events outside Bangkok?
Yes. Delivered projects include Bangkok, Rayong, Pattaya and Samut Prakan — including factory sites in the eastern industrial corridor.
What languages does the team work in?
English, Thai and Chinese. The same team handles your brief, the Thai suppliers and the guests on site, so nothing is lost through a translation layer.
